A text inspired from the Project meeting in Ioannina, Greece, October 2004)

Have you ever visited Ancient Nicopolis, Nekromanteion or the river Acheron? If the answer is no, then you must visit them in the future.

You can learn many things about the culture of Ancient Greece, something which is very important for everyone who wants to be called "Greek" .
First of all, Ancient Nicopolis is a place, where you can see findings by many archeologists. You can also find a
Roman aqueduct and a museum with many interesting historical exhibits.
Additionally, you can go to Nekromanteion, which is an underground place, where the ancient people went to call the dead. They called them to ask some questions about the future.
Last but not least, is the river Acheron. This river is famous for its underwater life and the very beautiful trees and flowers. There is a big diversity of them, so the view for the visitors is fascinating
Are you amazed by the prescription? The only thing you have to do is just to visit these places and you won't be disappointed.
